For an established architecture office in the center of Luzern, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as a Draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture, starting immediately or by arrangement. The office plans and accompanies new constructions and renovations with timeless, clear architecture. The workplace is located around ten minutes on foot from Luzern station.

The role combines precise planning work with constructive thinking. You create project, execution, and detail plans, clarify open points with external bodies, and manage planning documents up to revision and documentation. Those who wish to can develop internally towards assistant site management or project management.

Your tasks

• You develop project, execution, and detail plans for new constructions and renovations.
• You conduct research and clarifications with external bodies.
• You create revision plans and documentation, including documents for sale and handover.
• You work closely with project management, site management, and specialist planners.
• You implement constructive details in a practical and standard-compliant manner.
• You use CAD consistently in 2D and 3D, preferably ArchiCAD.

Your profile

• Completed training as a structural draftsperson or Draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture
• Very good CAD knowledge including 3D, preferably ArchiCAD
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs
• Sound knowledge in constructive, practice-oriented detail and execution planning
• Careful, independent, and team-oriented way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
