Activity

• Cooperation and active support on construction sites in garden and landscape construction
• Leadership of a small working group in daily construction site operations
• Organization of work processes in consultation with the foreman or site manager
• Execution of new installations, alterations as well as natural stone, surfacing and planting work
• Control of quality, deadlines and occupational safety
• Material orders and reporting
• Support in the induction of apprentices and new employees
• Requirements
• Completed training as Gardener EFZ Garden and Landscape Construction
• Professional experience as a foreman or willingness to take on this responsibility
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience
• Good manners towards customers and business partners
• Driver's license category B (BE is an advantage)
