Gardener - Foreman with leadership experience

Activity + Cooperation and active support on construction sites in garden and landscape construction + Leadership of a small working group in daily construction site operations + Organization of work processes in consultation with the foreman or site manager + Execution of new installations, alterations as well as natural stone, surfacing and planting work + Control of quality, deadlines and occupational safety + Material orders and reporting + Support in the induction of apprentices and new employees • Requirements + Completed training as Gardener EFZ Garden and Landscape Construction + Professional experience as a foreman or willingness to take on this responsibility + Responsible and independent way of working + Teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience + Good manners towards customers and business partners + Driver's license category B (BE is an advantage) • Offer + Exciting projects in garden and landscape construction + Independent work with development opportunities + Modern infrastructure and machines + Appreciative working environment with short decision-making paths + Contemporary remuneration and good social benefits
