Corporate Client Trader specializing in foreign exchange markets

On behalf of a recognized Swiss banking institution, we are looking for a Corporate Client Trader specializing in foreign exchange markets, interest rates, and derivative products.

You will join a dynamic and experienced team at the heart of financial market activities, with the mission of supporting a clientele of Swiss and international companies in managing their financial risks and treasury operations.

Your responsibilities ######

• Execute operations on currencies, precious metals, rate products, and derivative instruments.
• Advise and support a clientele composed mainly of SMEs, mid-sized companies, and international groups active in Switzerland.
• Develop and retain a portfolio of corporate clients by proposing solutions adapted to their commercial, financial, and treasury challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively participate in the commercial development of the activity.
• Promote digital trading platforms and hedging solutions for foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
• Raise client awareness of risk management issues through regular support and relevant market monitoring.
• Participate in projects to develop the offering and contribute to the continuous improvement of the services provided.

Your profile ######

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in financial markets with strong exposure to FX, rates, precious metals, and derivatives products.
• Solid experience in commercial relations with a corporate clientele in French-speaking Switzerland, ideally SMEs and mid-sized companies.
• Excellent understanding of the treasury, financing, and risk hedging issues encountered by companies.
• True commercial temperament, oriented towards development, advice, and the creation of lasting relationships.
• Ability to simplify complex subjects and propose pragmatic, high-value-added solutions.
• Mastery of market tools and trading platforms (Bloomberg or equivalent).
• Higher banking, financial, or university education.
• Good knowledge of market practices and standards (ACI).
• Fluent French and English. German is an asset.
