Our 18-month international trainee program offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in different companies and countries. In doing so, you will take on responsibility, work on exciting projects, and lay the foundation for a successful career in technology or management.

What you do

• Three varied assignments of 6 months each: You will work at two domestic locations and gain valuable experience during an international assignment.
• Take responsibility for exciting projects: Whether product development, process optimization, analysis, or conception – you are actively involved from the beginning.
• Initiative is rewarded: You independently select the projects for your next assignment and develop the competence to prioritize and negotiate strategically.
• Become part of a dynamic network of experts and professionals and contribute your ideas to develop forward-looking solutions.

What you bring

• Completed studies in the field of engineering (e.g., electrical engineering, systems engineering).
• Very good language skills in German and English – further languages are an advantage.
• A structured, independent, and proactive way of working, combined with organizational talent and a "doer mentality"
• Joy in working in international teams and a desire to take on responsibility
• A team-oriented and diplomatic personality with initiative who feels comfortable in an SME environment
• Flexibility, curiosity, and the passion to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics

More about us

We are a medium-sized group of companies with headquarters in Hirschthal in the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland. We develop, produce, and distribute products and solutions for customers in the field of electrical energy technology. With the strong brands PFIFFNER, MOSER GLASER, HAEFELY, and HAVECO, we have been successfully present on the market for many years.

We have a system service provider, as well as seven production sites in Switzerland, Turkey, Brazil, Germany, and the USA with a total of around 1'200 employees.
