Your profile

• You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
• You have already gained experience in the care and support of adults with impairments
• You are committed to the personal, as self-determined and independent as possible development of people with an impairment towards social participation
• In your agogic attitude, you orient yourself towards the wishes and needs of the person, consider possibilities, and approach perspectives with openness
• An independent way of working, resilience, and teamwork are a matter of course for you

Your tasks

• Supporting people with impairments according to the participation concept
• Basic care of people who are partly severely physically impaired
• Carrying out the residential group household together as well as initiating a pleasant living atmosphere
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
• Planning and organizing activities for individuals and groups
• Attending internal continuing education as well as participating in team meetings
• Performing weekend shifts
