Within Property Management, we provide demanding administrative services for a wide variety of properties in specialized teams. We meet the constantly increasing requirements, among other things, with state-of-the-art software (GARAIO REM).

To realize our ambitious visions, we are looking for a personality as a Real Estate Accountant (100%) by arrangement.

Real Estate Accountant (80 - 100%)

• manage and be responsible for the accounting of the real estate portfolio assigned to you from A to Z,
• prepare periodic real estate financial statements
• prepare annual heating and service charge statements
• record, post, and pay accounts payable invoices
• be responsible for reminders and collection processes
• commercial training
• professional experience in the field of accounting/finance is mandatory

(preferably in real estate accounting)

• entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• strong organizational talent
• good communication skills
• realistic portfolio size
• state-of-the-art systems such as a digitized accounts payable workflow
• SBB train station only 1 km away
• flexible flextime system
• annually at least 25 days of vacation plus 3 bridge days
