Care and Support Assistant (ASA)

Fixed-term contract (CDM) with possibility of evolution to permanent contract (CDI) 80% occupancy rate at our site in La Chaux-de-Fonds Mission: Deliver basic care to residents and support them in daily life activities. Ensure the maintenance of their autonomy while guaranteeing maximum comfort, safety, and well-being. Your Responsibilities: Perform basic care, hygiene, and comfort care as well as acts delegated by nurses, Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by promoting their autonomy, Observe, transmit relevant information, and collaborate with the healthcare team, Accompany residents during meals, mobilization, and daily activities, Monitor and assist with medication intake, Maintain a relationship of trust with residents and their entourage, Be the referent for certain residents in collaboration with the ASSC and the nurse, Participate in social life (animations) and multidisciplinary work, Apply quality processes and ensure the proper use of equipment, Contribute to a positive and collaborative working climate.
