Your tasks## • You lead the sales, marketing, and customer service areas for ÖV, as well as marketing for the Zug tariff association - a span of control of 26 employees (including decentralized teams), 6 of whom you lead directly. • You are close to your teams, provide orientation, recognize potential, lead with joy, clarity, and trust, and actively shape the further development of these areas. • You are responsible for the marketing and communication concepts for ÖV based on multi-year strategies and implement them effectively with your team. • You actively drive market development in the B2B sector - with a focus on the Faboo sales platform - and develop new business opportunities with commitment. • You control and optimize the sales channels, analyze their performance, and derive targeted measures. Your profile## • You are an approachable leader who coaches and accompanies your employees. You recognize potential and create an environment in which people can grow and be successful together. • You have a higher education in marketing or sales and several years of leadership experience in the SME sector with a focus on customer orientation/marketing. Experience with sales strategies, B2B, or data-based marketing is desirable. • With conceptual strength, you drive topics forward, bring in fresh ideas, and set impulses for the future. • As a strong team player, you live a trusting collaboration, work across departments, and convince with transparent communication and secure appearance. • You share our enthusiasm for sustainable mobility and the Zug region.
