Job Description ## In our *Methods & Processes* department, you will actively shape the further development of our global Supply Chain. The focus is on the analysis, design and optimization of existing as well as new systems and structures with regard to productivity, process stability and quality - always taking into account cost targets, technical requirements and customer requirements. Through the use and further development of standardized methods such as MTM, Six Sigma, 5S as well as digital approaches (e.g., Digital Twin of Production), you will drive sustainable efficiency increases and operational excellence.   Your Tasks • Analysis and optimization of production and supply chain processes to increase efficiency, quality and cost performance • Responsibility for target cost management as well as identification and implementation of cost reduction potentials along the value chain • Execution of value stream analyses and derivation of sustainable improvement measures • Leading interdisciplinary projects in the field of Operational Excellence and active implementation of Lean methods • Preparation of investment decisions through economic and feasibility analyses • Further development of standardized methods, processes and digital solutions within the Supply Chain Qualifications ## • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable • Several years of relevant experience in the areas of production, supply chain or operations • Sound knowledge in Lean Management, project management as well as methods such as value stream analysis, FMEA, SPC (Six Sigma/MTM an advantage) • Highly developed efficiency awareness as well as experience in cost calculation and target costing • Very good knowledge of production processes (manual, semi- and fully automated) • Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), SAP (MM, WM, PP) as well as analysis and simulation tools • Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality as well as persuasiveness in change management • Very good German and English skills required (min.
