La Fondation Vieillesse in Herisau is the home of more than 250 elderly people. Across the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our homes. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. La maison Park is nestled in the magnificent Heinrichsbad park and offers a warm home across three residential groups of approximately 30 residents each. The natural environment and our family atmosphere make this site a special place to live and work.

Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You accompany the residents with heart, professional competence and a touch of humor in their home and assume responsibility for their individual care and support - so that they feel perfectly well and safe with us.
• With your expertise and respectful attitude, you create trust and contribute to professional and needs-centered care.
• You regularly assume daily responsibility and support your team with commitment and pleasure.
• You promote respectful interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to us achieving the best for the residents together.
• You bring your ideas and actively participate in our family atmosphere.
• You work in morning and evening shifts until 9:15 pm.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland.
• You have experience in long-term care and approach elderly people with respect, empathy and joy.
• You work safely with RAI LTCF and apply your professional knowledge in daily care.
• You assume responsibilities, like working in a team and appreciate respectful collaboration.
• You are proficient with computer systems and have good oral and written knowledge of German.
