Nurse (male/female)

Your mission :

• Be in charge of the monitoring and prevention of the residents' health.
• Train, advise and accompany educators in the performance of medico-delegated acts.
• Ensure the direct link between general practitioners and specialists, hospitals, palliative care teams, the pharmacy, external care providers OSAD (home care organizations).
• Implement preventive, promotion and training actions, in the field of hygiene and Health.
• Perform care and/or nursing acts when necessary

Your profile :

• HES degree or equivalent title recognized by the CCT.
• Specific skills related to the issues of physical disability
• Knowledge or experience of PPH methodologies and systemic approaches.
• Experience in an institutional context would be an asset
• Sense of organization, flexibility and adjustment capabilities
• Proactivity, sense of responsibility and autonomy
• Aptitude for transmission and ease in contacts
• Good knowledge of IT tools and mastery of the Medhive software would be an asset
• Available from Monday to Sunday, regular recurrence every 3 weeks
