"We can do everything except boring" These exciting and interesting tasks await you: Creating sales and service orders in our ERP system Invoicing orders Scheduling and monitoring deliveries, as well as creating transport documents Supporting assigned sales consultants Telephone advice and information for customers and sales consultants Creating rental contracts Receiving customer inquiries, orders and service assignments by phone Processing email inquiries Master data maintenance These properties characterize you: Completed training as a merchant EFZ or equivalent training You already have experience in a trading company and/or in customer service Good ERP knowledge Stylish German language skills m/s Good French language skills in word and writing Very good experience in complex order processing You are a team player, helpful, appreciate telephone customer contact and independent work within the team Special: You are used to and appreciate working across departments.
