The mission : • You act as a Financial Business Partner for production, logistics, and sales, and analyze operational performance using key indicators, margins, costs, and variances • You perform commercial and profitability analyses, formulate recommendations for action, and support commercial acquisition • You analyze cash flow and working capital and identify optimization potentials • You support operational departments in budgeting and forecasting, analyze variances, and develop relevant steering tools • You assist the CFO in the performance and commercial analyses of our client's international subsidiaries, analyze financial and operational performance at the group level, and prepare decision-making bases for management • You participate in international projects and undertake at least one international trip per year as part of your duties Your profile : • Studies (FH/UNI) in business administration, finance, management accounting, or completed equivalent training • 2 to 4 years of experience in management accounting and finance in an international industrial environment • Experience or good understanding of logistics, supply chain, or sales is an asset • Good knowledge of management accounting, profitability analyses, budgeting, and forecasting as well as excellent Excel skills; Power BI and SAP are a plus • Solid business understanding and a responsible approach to work • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English; good knowledge of French is an advantage • Availability for occasional international travel The offer : A versatile position awaits you with direct influence on operational and financial decisions from an innovative market leader in an international industrial environment.
