This is the contribution you can make

• Advise customers, Account Managers, and Project Managers on choosing the appropriate market service and operating mode
• Lead LifeCycle projects of our customers' specialist applications
• Support Product Managers in the technical and commercial further development of the responsible market services
• Coordinate and lead the Entrypoints as a central contact point for concerns and customer inquiries regarding Application Management
• Coordinate and further develop cross-departmental processes with specialist departments, IT Operations, and Security for the integration of new specialist applications, decommissioning, as well as for testing, monitoring, and incident analysis
• Lead and optimize Application Management processes

This makes you unique

• FH degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable education
• Several years of experience in Application Management, Service Management, or IT Portfolio Management
• Sound understanding of IT application operations, IT Service Management, as well as different operating and service models
• Analytical and conceptual thinking and the skill to prepare complex relationships in a way that is appropriate for the target group
• Professional appearance towards customers and internal stakeholders as well as independent, structured, and solution-oriented working
• Active knowledge of a second official language as well as good English skills
