Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a kitchen assistant 100% starting immediately or by arrangement. Your domain is the dishwashing kitchen and the cold kitchen. Your tasks include cleaning the cooking utensils and the guest dishes, as well as assisting with the weekly basic cleaning of the kitchen, storage rooms and production rooms. Furthermore, you support our kitchen team with general preparation work and in the cold kitchen with creating the mise en place and plating the dishes. You also observe the implementation and compliance of our quality standards and the hygiene concept. You already have experience in the dishwashing kitchen and as a kitchen assistant. You work cleanly, independently, exactly and expeditiously and enjoy being part of a small and familiar team. You have good German language skills. Our rest days are Sunday and Monday. At Christmas, the restaurant is closed. We have company holidays twice a year. We look forward to your contact by telephone or to your application documents by email.
