50 people with partly severe mental and physical developmental disabilities, who rely on understanding assistance in most areas of life, live and work at the Stiftung Columban. A component of our concept is an anthropologically expanded view of humanity.

The areas of living, daily structure, and leisure are ensured in a person-centered and holistic manner by the respective care teams.

To strengthen our care team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a:

You bring with you: ###

• Enthusiasm for the holistic care of people with severe, multiple, physical and mental disabilities
• good psychological and physical constitution
• a completed training as FABE EFZ or equivalent
• interest in anthroposophical foundations
• an open, winning and hands-on personality who enjoys laughing with us and is committed to the well-being of our residents.
• Driver's license (Cat. B) is an advantage
