Management Controller (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Finance division, we are looking for a Management Controller (M/F) whose main mission will be the financial management of the Rolex Group and its subsidiaries. *Responsibilities* ## • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes (budget, quarterly forecasts and CAPEX) • Plan and coordinate the different phases of financial processes • Analyze and challenge the financial submissions of subsidiaries • Prepare consolidated summaries and documents for presentation to management • Monitor and analyze financial and operational results • Ensure monthly monitoring of the Group's and subsidiaries' performance • Identify deviations between forecasts and actual results and propose improvement paths • Conduct specific financial analyses as needed • Formulate recommendations based on conclusions • Ensure the role of business partner with the Finance teams of subsidiaries • Ensure the harmonization of practices, respect for financial processes and monitoring of requested reporting *Profile* ## • University degree in economics or accounting or Federal certificate of specialist in finance and accounting or Federal diploma of finance and controlling expert • More than 5 years of experience as a management controller in a large international company, ideally in the luxury industry • Perfect mastery of French and English • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards • Perfect mastery of financial ERP tools, notably SAP, D365 • Advanced skills in MS Excel (complex functions, pivot tables) • Ability to produce in-depth reports and analyses using financial tools • Analytical and synthesis mind • Excellent communication and customer focus • Organized, meticulous and proactive person • Good team spirit, efficient and able to work autonomously Conclusion ## We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions and first-class social benefits.
