Your tasks

• Project planning and control: Creating project plans (dates, milestones, resources, budget) and monitoring progress using suitable methods (e.g., HERMES, Scrum).
• Requirements management: Collecting, documenting, and prioritizing functional and technical requirements together with stakeholders in business and ICT.
• Risk and quality management: Identifying project risks, deriving measures, and ensuring defined quality standards.
• Team leadership and coordination: Leading the ICT project team, task distribution, moderation of meetings, and ensuring effective cooperation.
• Communication and reporting: Regular exchange and information of all participants.

Your profile

• Completed university degree (Uni/FH) in the field of business informatics, business administration, health management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a hospital or another healthcare facility
• Proven project experience in the environment of patient data, medical services, and ERP systems (e.g., Nexus, SAP or similar solutions)
• Sound knowledge and proven expertise in common project management methods - especially PRINCE2, PMP (PMBOK) and/or HERMES (certification an advantage)
• Confident handling of ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (or comparable PM/ITSM tools)
• Business fluent German (at least C1) as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• High social competence and assertiveness - also in complex, multi-professional environments
• Analytical thinking skills and a sense for critical success factors
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with clinical and administrative departments
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic hospital everyday life

Your salary ##

Your gross salary at a 100% workload is expected to be between 105'000 and 120'000 Franken per year.

The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are paid for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
