In the areas of social assistance, child and adult protection, as well as maintenance assistance, around 45 employees work in various teams and at two counseling centers. The Finance & Personnel department is managed centrally in Huttwil.  To strengthen our team, we are looking for, as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, a Finance Clerk 60-70% ## Your tasks ### You support the Head of Finance & Personnel in the area of association accounting. This includes updating the financial accounting, managing accounts payable, preparing monthly closings, as well as participating in annual closing, budgeting, and financial planning work. You are also responsible for payroll accounting and personnel administration. Further tasks such as the preparation of statistics and reports round off your area of activity. Your profile ### You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification and have professional experience in public administration, preferably in the field of finance. To be optimally equipped for the work with us, good IT skills (MS-Office and possibly KLIB) are an advantage. We are looking for a resilient, independent, and motivated personality who enjoys being part of a smaller team and demonstrates a high readiness to provide service. You have a friendly and confident manner, which you also maintain in hectic and difficult situations.
