Then join us. TMR is looking for a Workshop / Rolling Stock Manager to join its Management and pilot a key area, at the crossroads of technical, industrial and economic issues. YOUR MISSION Pilot, structure and develop the entire industrial activity related to railway rolling stock, ensuring both the operational performance of the workshops and the growth of a commercial maintenance activity for third-party clients. At the head of a strategic area, you are responsible for a genuine integrated industrial activity, combining two economic models: an internal activity for the benefit of operations (public service logic and asset availability) an external competitive activity (market logic, profitability and B2B development) In this role, you guarantee the safety, regulatory compliance and availability of rolling stock, while optimizing economic performance and developing new market opportunities. You act as a true pilot of an industrial business unit, ensuring: the performance of operations and industrial tools the management of teams and the organization of workshops the control of costs, investments and profitability commercial development and customer relationship management At the crossroads of technical, human and economic issues, you directly contribute to the company's strategy and value creation, reconciling operational requirements, strict regulatory framework and market logic. YOUR DAILY LIFE Piloting a complete industrial activity You pilot the entire industrial activity related to railway rolling stock, ensuring the overall performance of the workshops, maintenance operations and production tools. You structure, evolve and optimize industrial processes to guarantee quality, safety, deadlines and operational efficiency. This is added to the piloting of the road vehicle maintenance and repair center. Rolling stock management & operational performance You guarantee the availability, reliability and compliance of the railway and road fleet. You define and pilot maintenance strategies (ECM 1 to 4 roles) in relation to operational constraints. You ensure control of life cycle costs and defend related investment decisions. Development of an industrial activity for third-party accounts You develop and pilot an externalized maintenance activity for third-party clients (railway, industrial, local authorities). You identify opportunities, build offers, negotiate contracts and ensure their proper execution. You monitor the economic performance of this activity (margins, load rates, profitability) in a competitive market logic. Development of strategic partnerships You create and develop genuine partnerships with strategic partners in the sector (SNCF, industrial players, transport networks, etc.). You build sustainable relationships based on trust, complementary expertise and shared value creation. You identify industrial, technical and commercial synergies that can strengthen the attractiveness of the offer and open up new development opportunities. Management of a dual economic model You operate at the crossroads of two logics: an internal activity for the benefit of operations (reliability and continuity requirements) an external customer-oriented activity (competitiveness and profitability requirements) You ensure balance and consistency between these two models, arbitrating priorities and optimizing resource utilization. Safety, compliance & quality You guarantee compliance with railway and road regulatory requirements and quality standards. You pilot audits, operation traceability and continuous improvement approaches. You promote a strong safety culture within teams. Management & structuring You supervise and develop multidisciplinary technical and industrial teams. You define priorities, structure the organization and implement clear performance indicators.
