In addition to its own machine solutions, Nuovo AG acts as the general representative of SANOVO and Rational in Switzerland, thereby complementing its offering with strong partnerships.
To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a technically proficient personality who enjoys a versatile activity in internal and external service, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
You will start with careful induction, during which you will accompany our experienced service technician in the field and simultaneously learn the machines, processes, and products in the company from the ground up. This allows you to grow into the role step by step and gradually take on service assignments independently. After successful induction, the focus of your activity will be in external service. You install, maintain, and repair machines, commission new systems, and ensure that everything works reliably at the customer's site. In the event of malfunctions, you are the central contact person and ensure fast and sustainable solutions – directly on-site or also remotely. Additionally, you will participate in operations, support internal assembly and production, and take care of the preparation of assignments. In doing so, you ensure that materials and processes are optimally coordinated and that everything functions smoothly.
What you bring with you
Technical basic training with EFZ (Polymechaniker, Automatiker, or similar)
Good mechanical and good electrotechnical knowledge (reading and understanding diagrams)
Advantageously, knowledge of networks (setting up, configuring networks and integrating devices)
Experience as a service technician as well as in handling remote tools is an advantage
Reliable, resilient, and team-oriented personality with an independent and solution-oriented way of working
Valid driver's license Cat. B as well as good German skills

You will be on the road at the customer's site or working in the company. Depending on the assignment, you will start directly from home or from the company and can organize your assignments independently. For your assignments, a company vehicle is available to you and for your expenses, you will receive a company credit card.
