What you drive Your most important tasks and responsibilities are: • Responsibility for the test management of a product in agile software development projects (Scrum/SAFe) • Creation, planning, and control of test strategies, test concepts, and test plans • Coordination and occasional execution of technical tests (e.g., integration, interface, or system tests) • Functional leadership and control of test teams • Ensuring test coverage, quality, and adherence to schedules • Close cooperation with Product Management, Development Teams, and stakeholders • Deputizing for Product Management, e.g., when developing functional requirements and specifications • Responsibility for test processes, defect management, and reporting • Continuous optimization of test methods and processes • Active participation in the creation of synthetic test data as well as in the setup and further development of test automation • Support during acceptance tests (UAT), releases, and go-lives Why you will succeed For this exciting role, we are looking for committed and customer-oriented personalities with the following desired profile: • Completed vocational training or studies (HF/FH/Uni) in business informatics or comparable training • Experience in test management in an agile IT environment is an advantage • Sound knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, ideally SAFe) • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray) • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working • Assertiveness as well as very good communication skills • ISTQB certification is an advantage • Very good German skills, good English skills, any further national language is an advantage We offer • A unique chance to work in a versatile environment, to take on responsibility, and to participate in interesting IT projects • High degree of creative freedom and modern tools • Flexible working conditions and home office possible • Modern office premises in a central location near the station • Business smartphone with subscription, Half-Fare travelcard as well as an attractive continuing education offer • At least 25 vacation days and the possibility of workation Become part of our team Are you ready for a new challenge with a place of work near the main station of St. Gallen and home office possibility?
