Sion | 80-100% (jobsharing possible) What you can contribute to • Manage and operate radar, radio and communication systems • Ensure the functioning of the basic TIC infrastructure and communication links in the context of military airfield operations • Analyze complex or faulty system states, document them and correct errors • Manage inventory and documentation systems, participate in planning to install, add or eliminate hardware components • Contribute to projects related to operation and lifecycle, locally represent SSSA Payerne-Sion <br /> What makes you unique • Basic technical training (CFC) in electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, telecommunications or network engineering • Professional experience, ideally in the field of TIC infrastructure operation, with interdisciplinary knowledge of TIC system and air navigation related activities • Ideally, training focused on systems for the operation and maintenance of control systems (e.g. radar, radio, voice communication, TIC platforms) • Autonomy, initiative, rigor, sense of responsibility • Oral and written knowledge of a second official language necessary for the exercise of the function and, ideally, knowledge of English at level B1 <br /> In a few words The position that awaits you will allow you to assume exciting tasks within the robust and highly secure TIC environment of the Swiss Army to operate air navigation systems and network infrastructure at the Sion airbase and its dependent sites.
