Being a mother. Being a father. Being a family. The Early Childhood Counselling Region Aarau Plus offers low-threshold counselling and support for parents and families from 23 municipalities. The target groups are diverse and include all population groups and cultures. The counselling topics include development, education, nutrition, health, and care. The office in Buchs provides various services for families. The association Early Childhood Counselling Region Aarau Plus was founded in 1929. Currently, we are working together with our 6 advisers, the management and technical management, and the board of directors for the families. To complement our team, we are looking for you as of 01.12.2026 as Adviser for Early Childhood with Federal Diploma 80% ## Your area of responsibility: ### • You advise and support families with children from 0-5 years in their individual life situation in one of the 28 counselling offices, at home, by phone, email, or chat on counselling topics such as care, nutrition, breastfeeding, development, education, psychosocial counselling, prevention, and health promotion. • You give parents a sense of security and strengthen their competence in dealing with their children. • You will be actively involved in early detection and triage in cases of developmental disorders. • You work interdisciplinarily, case-related, and generally with specialist offices.  What you bring: ### • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with a focus on KJFF or Dipl. KWS/ DNII with experience in obstetrics or paediatrics, Dipl. Childhood Educator HF or Social Educator HF/ FH with experience in the early childhood sector (0-5 years). • Completed training as an "Adviser for Early Childhood" or willingness to complete the training. • Independence, personal responsibility, and reliable working methods. • Open and courteous demeanor. • Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience. • Good knowledge of administration and EDV application (Microsoft 365). • Driver's license and own car.
