Project Manager - Client Representative Based in Pully, Cronos Finance has been active for over twenty years in wealth and institutional management. With around thirty employees, it has established itself as a recognized player in Swiss real estate funds. Since 2016, the Cronos Immo Fund has experienced sustained growth to exceed one billion francs in assets and comprises a portfolio of more than one hundred objects distributed across Switzerland. The launch, in 2025, of a second fund marks a new stage in its development, with several objects already integrated and growth expected to continue. In this context of development and enhancement of its real estate assets, we are mandated to search for a Project Manager - Client Representative Contribute to the enhancement of a rapidly growing real estate portfolio Your responsibilities Integrated into a team of four people in charge of renovation and new construction projects, you contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and development of the real estate assets under management. You manage several operations in parallel, at different stages of progress, ranging from heavy maintenance and renovation of the existing park to transformation, remediation, or new construction projects. In a logic of representing the Client, you mandate, manage, and supervise consultants and companies, ensuring the quality of services, compliance with deadlines, budgets, and fixed objectives. You ensure the coordination of procedures with authorities, external and internal partners, while guaranteeing rigorous administrative, contractual, and financial monitoring. Your role also leads you to integrate regulatory, energy, and ESG issues from the early stages, in order to sustainably secure the projects. Your profile You have confirmed experience in managing construction projects, with solid practice in renovation, ideally acquired across all SIA phases. You have developed a global vision of the project and know how to intervene in varied contexts, whether it be renovation, remediation, heavy maintenance, or new construction. Your experience with an existing estate allows you to anticipate the technical, regulatory, and organizational constraints specific to this type of intervention. Structured, versatile, and endowed with a good sense of anticipation, you are capable of managing external consultants, challenging technical proposals, and securing decisions made. Having benefited from higher education in architecture or civil engineering, you have ideally already worked on the Client side.
