In the middle of the lively Kreis 4 of Zürich, we offer a place for people in the Quartieraltersheim Aussersihl who find it difficult to view structures as assistance. In their everyday lives, they require support, care and/or accompaniment, primarily in social, and partly in nursing areas. Supported by an independent, private and non-profit foundation, it offers space for 48 residents.  To reinforce our team, we are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a: Cook 80%-100% With our small, well-coordinated team, we offer fresh, seasonal cuisine. You maintain an appreciative interaction with the residents.  Your tasks: • Production of lunch and dinner • Preparation and mise en place work • Dishwashing, tidying up and cleaning work in the kitchen • Purchasing, stock management • Assistance in service • Compliance with hygiene guidelines Your profile: • Cook EFZ/EBA with professional experience • High quality awareness, strong service orientation  • good German skills in speaking and writing • punctuality, reliability and flexibility - also for weekend shifts • well organized and used to working independently and responsibly What awaits you: • regular working hours (06:45- 15:45 or 09:00 - 18:00 Uhr) • 38-hour week • 5, 6 or 7 weeks vacation (depending on age) • Central place of work near Helvetiaplatz If our house and the tasks appeal to you, then we look forward to your application to Maria Vicini, Head of Hotel Management, info@qah-aussersihl.ch.
