You combine knowledge in wood construction, advice to professional clients, and observation of the construction market in Romandie.
You develop new opportunities in the market, advise architects, general contractors, and investors, and contribute to transforming an idea into a solid and viable wood construction project.

Your field of action
Develop and strengthen the wood construction market, prioritizing sustainable client relationships and relevant project opportunities.
Advise architects, general contractors, investors, and clients from the first contact until the conclusion of the construction contract.
Coordinate preliminary technical studies with internal specialists in the fields of construction, statics, building physics, cost calculation, and the purchasing center, while assuming the role of the main interlocutor for the project.
Prepare offers, cost calculations, and the bases necessary for establishing enterprise contracts, in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
Ensure the flow of information, project transmission, and client follow-up, from acquisition to realization.
Your profile
Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a technical construction trade.
Experience in wood construction or building allows you to approach technical issues with confidence.
Additional training as a foreman, master carpenter, HES engineer, wood construction technician, or similar training is an asset.
Experience in project management, acquisition, consulting, or sales of technical solutions in the construction field will facilitate your takeover of the position.
You master German and French, both orally and in writing.
You enjoy human contact, coordinate activities reliably, and know how to explain complex issues related to wood construction in an understandable way. What you do not yet master, we will teach you.
