Bern (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) | This is the contribution you can make * Ensure the added value of the agile team as well as maintain and prioritize the team backlog * Develop features according to the vision, roadmap and needs of users for the use of civil services (MzD) by the army in the areas of mobile communications and fixed network * Lead MzD as a sub-project of the telecommunications of the army as well as be responsible for performance, deadlines, quality and finances * Ensure architecture and security compliance in close cooperation with system architects as well as military user and security representatives * Coordinate requirements and dependencies with adjacent areas, projects and services * Represent MzD towards clients, users, stakeholders, armasuisse as well as strategic partners and suppliers What makes you unique * Education as (business) informatics specialist FH, technician FH or engineer (UNI/ETH/FH) in the field of informatics, telecommunications or comparable * Several years of experience as a Product Owner as well as in the management of complex ICT and telecommunications projects, ideally with SAFe * Good technical and operational understanding of mobile communications, fixed network and network technology * Ability to structure, prioritize and drive complex projects and dependencies as well as very good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills * High degree of personal responsibility and decision-making ability as well as understanding of information security and ICT architectures * Good knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language In a nutshell Become part of the Kommando Cyber and help shape the mission-critical communication of the Swiss Army and take on a key role in the integration of civil communication services into the military ICT landscape.
