To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as an Operational Buyer 100%.
Your tasks

• Processing of purchase suggestions and triggering of orders
• Negotiation of prices and conditions with suppliers
• Creation of framework agreements
• Maintenance and updating of supplier master data
• Monitoring of delivery dates for orders and contract manufacturing
• Recording of order confirmations and offers
• Monitoring and optimization of procurement processes
• Clarification of shortages and inventory differences
• Checking and monitoring of agreed delivery conditions

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training with additional qualification in purchasing
• Several years of professional experience in the purchasing environment of a production company
• Proficient handling of ERP systems and MS Office applications
• Confident German as well as good English skills
• High level of commitment, flexibility and quick comprehension
• Reliable, precise and careful way of working
• Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of collaboration
• Networked, analytical thinking ability
