Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (Non Profit) organization and, on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon and Weisslingen, provides professional as well as comprehensive, needs-oriented nursing and care. Our goal is to enable people of all ages who are ill, impaired or convalescing to live a self-determined life at home. We are looking for as of now or by arrangement: Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 50-100 % with daily responsibility and case management with further training as Wundexpert. Do you want to experience meaningful and exciting moments in your trained profession? These tasks await you:   Carrying out comprehensive nursing measures in complex client situations; Ensuring good quality of care while considering quality specifications; Responsibility for meaningful and appropriate nursing documentation; Responsibility for the entire nursing process including needs assessment with interRAI; Ensuring a meaningful flow of information to supervisors, employees and other services; Conducting conversations with general practitioners, relatives and hospitals; Responsible for correct electronic service recording; Taking over daily responsibility; Responsible for the competence-based deployment as well as the guidance and supervision of employees; Participation in inter-company measures for occupational safety and health protection; Control of wound status; Care, advice and training of employees as WEX. We wish for from you: Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DN2, AKP (further training desirable e.g. Wundexpertin); Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organization; High client and service orientation; High communication, self- and social competence; Resilient, innovative and flexible personality; Good IT user skills  Experience with interRAI; Driver's license category B  Further training as WundexpertIn or willingness to complete this.
