For one of our clients, a key player in the industrial sector, we are looking for an operations agent (M/F) to ensure the maintenance and security of a production site and offices.

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the cleanliness of the interior spaces.
• You will take charge of waste evacuation and sorting.
• You will ensure the good condition of the technical installations of the building.
• You will perform light maintenance interventions.
• You will control the functioning of equipment and lighting.
• You will maintain the exterior surroundings of the infrastructures.
• You will participate in the maintenance of green spaces.
• You will intervene during snow removal operations in the winter period.
• You will guarantee the cleanliness and proper use of the washing tunnels.
• You will carry out regular checks of the installations.
• You will anticipate maintenance and repair needs.
• You will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment.

Your profile:

• You possess confirmed experience in a similar role of concierge or building maintenance.
• You are a versatile and dynamic person, capable of adapting to different situations.
• You work autonomously while respecting established instructions and procedures.
• You demonstrate flexibility and know how to adapt to daily unforeseen events.
• You have a good sense of organization and manage your priorities effectively.
• You are able to anticipate needs and intervene proactively.
• You attach great importance to quality and rigor in your work.
• You are attentive to details and ensure a clean and functional environment is maintained.
• You hold a valid driver's license and reside in the canton of Fribourg.
