These tasks will inspire you

• Independent planning and implementation of projects in the field of Areas & Technology
• Support of renovation and expansion projects for the infrastructure (heating, ventilation, cooling, steam, water treatment, etc.)
• Active assistance in the evaluation, procurement, and commissioning of new systems
• Collaboration on productivity and process optimizations
• Monitoring of projects including cost controlling
• Implementation of energy and environmental projects
• Creation of investment requests including profitability calculations
• Planning and creation of layouts using CAD

We look forward to this profile

• Completed basic technical training
• Further education as a Technician TS / HF, Industrial Master, Maintenance Specialist, or similar
• Professional experience in building services engineering
• Project experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Good Office and CAD knowledge
• Independent, structured, goal-oriented, and precise way of working
• Team player with a high degree of social competence and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel approx. 10%
