Your mission Within a benevolent and committed team, you contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the female and male residents. Your main responsibilities: Accompany female and male residents in daily life activities. Perform basic care in compliance with good professional practices. Ensure the comfort, safety, and dignity of the people being supported. Promote a relationship of trust with the female residents, male residents, and their relatives. Ensure the transmission of information and observations in computerized files in order to guarantee the continuity of support. Your profile Holder of the Swiss Red Cross Health Assistant Certificate (120 hours) or an equivalent training. For candidates holding a foreign diploma, a CRS recognition is required. Experience in the field of care, ideally in an EMS or with elderly people. Good command of French, both spoken and written. Ease with standard IT tools.
