Your area of responsibility Your profile • Processing of transport orders • Arrangement, processing and monitoring of shipments • Planning of tours • Organization of returns • Preparation of loading lists / delivery notes / transport documents / customs documents • Support in the preparation of offers • Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and delivery capacity • Continuous monitoring of planned delivery deadlines, stocks • Processing of customer complaints and analysis to avoid them You have a commercial training in the field of shipping and possess several years of experience in the management of national road transport. Knowledge in international road transport and customs clearance is an advantage. You have a high awareness of quality and you distinguish yourself by a solution-oriented work approach.
