Assistant in Nursing and Community Health

• Holder of the CFC in Assistant in Nursing and Community Health (ASSC)
• Initial experience in the field of care is an asset
• Great capacity for adaptation and excellent team spirit
• Sense of organization and rigor in the application of care protocols
• Empathy, discretion and respect for professional secrecy
• Autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Perform medico-technical care: capillary and venous sampling, administration of medication, subcutaneous injections and simple wound care
• Participate in daily support: hygiene and comfort care, assistance during meals, help with mobility and transfers
• Ensure the monitoring of vital parameters and transmit any modification of the clinical state
• Participate in the management of medical equipment and the disinfection of devices
• Perform rigorous entry of information into the electronic patient record (DPI)
• Ensure patient support, be attentive to them and create a relationship of trust with them and their relatives
• Collaborate closely with the entire multidisciplinary team
