Your Task:
Are you an experienced practitioner in switchgear manufacturing and would you like to additionally take on responsibility for a team?
With us, you will continue to work actively in production while simultaneously taking on the technical leadership of our production employees.
Technical leadership and support of the production employees
Responsibility for quality, testing, and timely completion
Assembly and wiring of sophisticated control cabinets
Clarification of technical questions and quality deviations
Coordination with project management, engineering, and department management
Participation in the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency
Your Profile:
Training as an Automation Technician EFZ or comparable electrotechnical training
Several years of experience in switchgear manufacturing
Good knowledge in the assembly, wiring, and testing of control cabinets
Leadership experience or the readiness to take on leadership responsibility
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Very good German skills
Further training in the area of switchgear manufacturing, testing, or leadership is an advantage.
