Technical Caretaker

In this versatile role, you will look after a property on-site and be the contact person for our customers.
Your tasks include:

• Care and monitoring of the building's technical systems (HLKSE)
• Carrying out repair and maintenance work
• Coordination and control of service and maintenance work (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary)
• Cooperation with external service providers and coordination of various service providers
• Execution of administrative tasks as part of your activity
• On-call duties

You live service and are committed with conviction to quality and reliability. You bring with you:

• A completed technical training in the HLKS sector or a basic manual training with further training in building management
• Several years of proven professional experience in building technology
• Independent, structured way of working and sense of responsibility
• Strong service mentality as well as organizational talent
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT skills (digital working environment)
• Valid driver's license Cat. B and residence in the Baden (Aargau) region
