The contribution you can make

• Serve as a point of reference as a service provider in a busy environment: support the division and its employees on an administrative and organizational level (e.g. organizing meetings and conventions)
• Manage contracts and accompany the division's business (e.g. accounts payable flow)
• Draft or translate complex letters and documents in German and French and easily provide information in German and French (e.g. division secretariat switchboard, editorial skills for responding to emails in German)
• Collaborate on the elaboration of the division's web content

What distinguishes you

• Commercial training or equivalent with some years of professional experience
• Motivated, flexible person, with team spirit and organizational talent and a rapid ability to learn
• Person capable of working independently, reliably and service-oriented
• Editorial skills
• Experience in public administration is desirable
