Heating Installer CFC 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in meetings and interventions on the construction site
• Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams accurately
• Propose improvements to optimize processes and existing standards
• Autonomously and professionally install heating systems adapted to various types of buildings
• Work in close collaboration with different trades to ensure the smooth running of projects
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work, including diagnostics and troubleshooting of existing installations

Profile

• Holder of a CFC as a heating installer
• Solid experience in maintenance; experience as a team leader is an asset
• Rigorous, organized, proactive, autonomous, and possessing an excellent team spirit
• Passionate about technological evolution and the challenges of the heating sector
• Excellent skills in reading plans, technical diagnostics, and mastery of safety standards
• Ability to coordinate and manage teams, while ensuring quality, respect for deadlines, and customer satisfaction
• Driver's license indispensable for frequent travel
