What awaits you

• Responsibility for the entire project procurement – from the technical handover to the timely material provision for assembly
• Obtaining and evaluating offers, conducting price and deadline negotiations, as well as selecting suitable suppliers
• Independent order processing including deadline monitoring and escalation management in case of delivery deviations
• Ensuring material availability for ongoing projects as well as for customer service and the spare parts business
• Responsibility for material management, scheduling, and material requirement planning, as well as maintenance of scheduling data and stock levels
• Maintenance of article, supplier, and bill of materials data as well as participation in changes and optimizations in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with project management, engineering, production, assembly, and customer service for economical and timely project execution

Our client wishes

• Technical basic training with further training in procurement
• Several years of experience in technical project or industrial procurement
• Sound knowledge in material planning, scheduling, production control, as well as in production processes and manufacturing technologies
• Proficient use of ERP and PPS systems as well as MS Office; knowledge of AP+ is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation and strong initiative
• Resilience and hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident handling of various stakeholders
• Proficient German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (B2)
