August 2026 or by agreement On the open psychotherapeutic station Flügel of the University Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, you can expect a diverse and dynamic work environment where innovation is lived. You work with people in acute crisis situations with a focus on qualified withdrawal and dual diagnoses and take on a central role in the milieutherapeutic daily routine. At the same time, you actively help shape the setup of a training station, bring in your knowledge, and accompany the next generation of nursing specialists. Your tasks • You take on patient-centered care and support for people in an acute psychiatric crisis with a focus on qualified withdrawal and dual diagnoses • You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing nursing, educational, and therapeutic measures in the milieutherapeutic setting • You lead milieutherapeutic activities and groups and actively help shape the station's daily routine • You accompany learners and students in the nursing routine and support them in their professional development on our training station • You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures • You participate in projects for quality development and quality assurance and bring in your ideas Your profile • You have a teaching degree as a FAGE EFZ or have a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH • You ideally have experience working with mentally ill people and bring interest in accompanying learners and students • You convince with high social and self-competence as well as a responsible way of working • You remain calm and capable of acting even in demanding and dynamic situations • You appreciate interdisciplinary cooperation and actively contribute to the team The UPZ The University Psychiatric Center Bern (UPZ) is the leading competence center for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region as a university clinic.
