Your field of action With us, you don't just work on a screen: You develop, print, test, assemble, and optimize your components yourself. From the CAD model to 3D printing to laboratory experiments, you accompany your ideas from the first sketch to the finished product. Together with a motivated, committed, and experienced team, you develop innovative solutions and drive exciting projects forward. For this, you have a modern think tank, high-performance 3D printers, a fully equipped laboratory, a workshop, and a current 3D CAD and PDM system at your disposal. This allows you to efficiently implement your ideas into market-ready products. You plan and carry out preliminary development projects and evaluate the technical feasibility of new solutions. For new products, you create test plans and work closely with testing technology. You continuously develop existing products further, optimize them, and implement changes according to defined processes. In addition, you ensure complete technical documentation, meaningful test results, and compliance with our quality standards. When it comes to technical questions, you work closely with internal departments and, if necessary, directly with customers. Your profile Completed technical basic training and a completed degree (BSc or MSc) in mechanical engineering or a comparable field. Professional experience in product development and design, ideally in an industrial environment. Experience in the design of plastic components is an advantage. In-depth practical knowledge in the handling of modern 3D CAD systems and simulation tools. Secure handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
