What you move * You monitor the flow of goods on the highly automated system and ensure high system performance as well as timely tour readiness * In the event of problems, you analyze the flow of goods and take necessary measures * You perform order loading, monitor it, and escalate in the event of a problem * You inform stakeholders about the situation in daily operations * You are responsible for the analysis and solution of system-related deviations as well as for processing back-office inquiries at the clearance area (inspection and correction station) * In a committed team, you actively contribute to the realization of optimization processes What you bring * Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ) * Professional experience: 3 to 5 years logistics * You can navigate a complex system landscape * You are experienced in dealing with warehouse management systems and have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office * You work analytically and process-oriented, think proactively, and can communicate complex relationships in an understandable and clear manner * You are able to perform physical tasks, such as sorting or aligning pallets * You have good communication skills and are proficient in the German language in speaking and writing * You possess the SUVA forklift license or are willing to acquire it * You are ready to work in shift operation: early, late & night shift * Shift coverage from Monday to Saturday in 24-hour operation (05:00 - 14:06 / 14:00 - 23:06 / 22:00 - 06:15).
