Operations Electrician (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an established industrial company in the field of packaging manufacturing with around 800 employees at several Swiss locations, we are looking for an experienced specialist in the field of operations electricity for the St. Gallen location, effective immediately or by arrangement. Tasks: In this versatile role, you are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of production and operational facilities. You carry out error analyses independently and rectify malfunctions in electrical systems, machines, and control systems. Furthermore, you implement technical optimizations in control, regulation, and drive technology and actively contribute to projects, conversions, new installations, as well as the commissioning of machines and facilities. The supervision and maintenance of building technology completes your area of responsibility. Requirements: You have completed training or further education as an automation technician, electrical installer, electronics technician, or in a comparable professional field, whereby the NIV-13 permit is an advantage. Your profile is complemented by practical professional experience in machine and plant maintenance as well as sound knowledge in drive and process technology, programmable logic controllers, and MSR technology. Knowledge in the area of Siemens TIA is welcome. You are a team-oriented, resilient personality who works in a structured and independent manner. Very good German skills at level C1 are required, English skills are a plus. Additionally, you bring the willingness for on-call duty of around 7 to 9 weeks per year and live within a maximum 30-minute driving distance to the place of work.
