You take care of the renewals of expiring mortgage tranches. You handle the restructuring of mortgages including property valuation (e.g., increase of the mortgage, collateral mutations and releases, purchase/sale of the property, gift, divorce, death). You advise our customers by telephone as well as by email regarding our services. As a specialist, you are the contact point for the client advisors of VZ VermögensZentrum for questions regarding real estate and mortgages and are in close contact with the specialist departments within the HypothekenZentrum. Administrative work completes this exciting job profile.
