• You welcome and assist our customers in the customer zone and are the first point of contact at the Welcome Desk.
• You support our clientele with questions regarding daily banking transactions and advise them on our basic products.
• You actively approach female customers, male customers, and interested parties, recognize their needs, and pass them on to the responsible advisors.
• You process inquiries from various channels such as e-mail, e-banking, and website.
• You support account and relationship openings as well as other administrative tasks.
• You receive the opportunity to develop yourself step by step towards an advisory function. We are happy to accompany you on this path.

What do you bring with you? ##

• You have a banking education and have already gained initial experience in direct customer contact.
• Motivated career changers with a commercial basic education are also welcome. If you are interested in the financial and banking world and like learning new things, you will find the ideal entry point with us.
• You inspire female customers and male customers with your open, service-oriented manner and your professional appearance.
