Project Manager in Process Optimization & Digitalization

• For our Anlagen division, we are looking for a committed personality who actively develops our business processes and drives digitalization forward.
• In this function, you identify potential for process optimization, particularly through the use of artificial intelligence in the development and portfolio management of the Instandhaltungsanlagen.
• You will further develop our Datenmanagement, thereby creating the basis for data-based decisions.
• You will take over the management of (pilot) projects and accompany them from conception to successful implementation.
• In close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external partners, you will contribute analytical and conceptual strength and help shape a dynamic environment characterized by technological change.

This is what you bring with you.

• You enjoy working interdisciplinary and bring strong communication skills as well as high initiative to actively help shape change processes.
• Affinity for technology as well as a pronounced analytical, conceptual, and independent way of working characterize you.
• Experience in process optimization and digitalization is present, ideally in Anlagen- or Industriebau.
• Knowledge in Datenmanagement as well as experience with applications of artificial intelligence in business processes are an advantage. Qualifications in Digital Transformation, Data Science, or Business Process Management round off your profile.
• A university degree in Bauingenieurwesen, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Immobilienmanagement, or a comparable field of study is present. Alternatively, you bring training in Wirtschaftsinformatik or Elektrotechnik as well as further training in Anlagen- or Industriebau.
• You master either German at level C2 with French at least B1 or French at level C2 with German at least B2.
