For the Department of Internal Medicine at Kantonsspital Baden, we are looking for a committed Medical Practice Assistant or a committed Medical Practice Assistant immediately or by agreement. You will support the medical team on the ward stations of General Internal Medicine and contribute with your experience and organizational talent to ensure that the daily routine of the station runs smoothly. #### MPA Internal Medicine 50-100% # Your tasks #### • You support the assistant doctors in all administrative matters on the ward station. • You assist with interventions and are the important interface between nursing and medical services. • You process acute geriatric cases administratively and capture relevant data in the system. • You take over material management and ensure a smooth process. • You represent your team colleagues in case of absence. Your profile #### • You have completed training as an MPA EFZ and have professional experience in a similar environment. • You are familiar with medical terminology and work safely with MS Office and KISIM. • You think in a networked way, act in a solution-oriented manner, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. • You are service-oriented, resilient, and enjoy working in a team.
