What awaits you ##

• Professional, personnel and administrative leadership of the Bettenabteilung O Ost (38 beds) together with three other team leaders
• Co-responsibility for quality assurance in nursing in the Shared-Governance team
• Participation in the care of patients
• Ensuring coordinated, patient-centered care
• Co-responsibility for the training of students and apprentices

What you bring with you ##

• Diploma in Nursing HF or FH as well as several years of professional experience in the acute care sector
• High professional, personal and social competencies
• Organizational skills, resilience and joy of innovation
• Business, conceptual and networked thinking
• Commitment to team-oriented and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Leadership training at CAS level or the willingness to complete it
• Positive attitude towards work and openness to new challenges
