Your scope of responsibility includes: • Management, coordination, and development of personnel as well as operational coordination of the entire branch • Management, coordination, and development of our subcontractors, ensuring effective and reliable collaboration • Ensuring efficient, economical, and customer-oriented operational management • Care and development of relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a high level of service • Continuous development of our processes, structures, and operating methods • Promotion of open and transparent communication within the organization and towards customers and partners • Support to the various business areas in strategic matters • Active participation in Operations projects and initiatives at the group level • Identification of potential areas for improvement and sustainable implementation of relevant optimization measures Your profile You are a person with experience in team management and possess a solid understanding of processes, people, and business dynamics.
